ABOUT THE PROJECT
Magnet Beauty is a platform where users can find beauty experts to chat with live. The BeautyPro Console is the beauty experts’ work station where they chat with users, manage their public profile, schedule shifts for work, view their estimated pay and metrics, receive notifications from the admin, and contact the admin.
MY ROLE
I was the sole UX designer. In addition to this project, I was also simultaneously responsible for the rest of the product’s user experience design, which consisted of the user-facing site and the admin console.

CHALLENGE
Epson wanted to come up with new concept prototypes for their existing scan and receipt management software. The challenge was to increase efficiency in the scanning process, but allow users to complete the same tasks. How might we allow users to more efficiently perform simple scanning tasks, manage scan jobs, and organize scans with their Epson scanner?
SOLUTION
Design scan and receipt management software prototypes that will allow users to utilize the same functions, but with streamlined task flows.
GOALS
1. Create an application that allows the user to complete their tasks efficiently.
2. Design for all the functions that the user needs to manage scanned documents.
3. Make managing scans and receipts easy to do.
